The bar is quite large, and perhaps maybe a little excessive in its size. Plenty of seats all around for anyone to sit down. The air is clean and refreshing. The bar sells all kinds of liquor that are top quality and renown all over the world. Even the neighborhood sometimes comes in and has a drink. Come on down, have a seat and relax!
Rules:
No weapons or magic against fellow members.

I'm standing just outside the Fairy Tail building while keeping my distance so I'm not that obvious in what I plan to do. I'm standing on top of a tree with perfect balance and my cloak begins to flutter in the wind, like a motherfucking boss! There's a rumor going around that Fairy tail is going through some trouble with it Guild master gone missing. I like to claim that I had some sort of part of that, but sadly not. However, maybe I will have a hand with their new Guild master.
Cherry is around here somewhere; she was going to have fun with torturing a girl a little while back, but seemingly she had gotten a sugar crash. She becomes moody and unpleasant during that time. It's best to avoid her when she's goes into that state, I do at least. However, now she's hyper and raring to go! Now my literal partner in crime and me is going to cause some chaos! I plan to actually BURN DOWN the Fairy tail Guild. Maybe we'll kill some guild members trap inside, one can only hope!
Neither me nor Cherry has any big explosion fire magic. However, there's more than one way to break an egg and I got the perfect thing. I have a bunch cocktail bombs that are ready to set on fire and be thrown. I have a liter in my pocket, and I plan to give one of the bombs to Cherry. Since she missed out getting that dumb girl, I might let her have the honor to throw the first bomb. “Cherry my dear, if you hurry you can have the honors of being firs!” I shout out that might make me stand out, but right now, it's impossible to tell what I am doing.

Chewing on some pale blue colored taffy that she seemed to have conjured up out of nowhere, Cherry stared up at the Fairy Tail build with an expression that was not unlike that of a cow chewing cud. Perhaps most people would have felt a sense of awe when seeing the building for the first time, but the pink haired girl could only feel disgust. Scowling somewhat, she bared her teeth for a moment before her lips twisted into a somewhat wicked grin as she heard Zenos' shouting beckoning her forwards.
"Cherry is here, Zenos~" She sang, bounding forth like an energetic puppy. She didn't immediately stop when she reached him, instead bounced around him a few times, twirled on the tips of her toes and opened her arms wide as she came to a halt. Quickly hugging herself, she smirked at the mere thought of what they were doing - taking those damn fairies down a peg or ten. The anticipation was too much, all she could do to keep herself contained was to hug herself tightly.
"Cherry is ready!" Bringing her hands to her hips, feet braced apart, she cast a sidelong glance to Zenos. "Lets do this~" Noticing the bottles from the corner of her eye, and given Zenos offer to let her begin the fun, she bent down hurriedly, plucking up one of the bottles by the neck and pulling out her own lighter - fire might have messed with her magic but it was fun to play with - to light the cocktail. Watching it burn a few moments, she smiled, letting the cloth burn down some before jerking her arm back and tossing the bottle towards the Fairy Tail bar.
"Order up~" She called, watching the bottle twirl in the air.

I observed Cherry chugging one of the cocktail bomb at the guild to start the fire. “Nice throw gurl! Now watch a G do this!” I sling the cocktail and bust out a window. I already hear people inside panicking and running around in confusion. I hand a few more to Cherry while tossing more into the guild. I jump down from the tree and stand right behinds Cherry.
I hear glistening shards of glass cascading from the burning building as flames licked the window frames. The glowing embers leaped and twirled in a fiery dance, twinkling like stars in the hot swirling air before cascading to earth like gleeful fire fiends. The flame is spreading throughout the guild quicker than I've imagine. I let out a loud laugh as mages, neighbors and everyone else come to watch the guild burn. "Look at this show! Who else can provide such entertainment than us?!"
The guild burned in a sea of red, yellow and orange and the cries of the people echoed. I watch as the flames ripped their way through the buildings, tendrils of smoke reaching desperately into the sky, as if trying to escape the blazing inferno below. Outside, anxious Neighbors watch and witness flames licking the brickwork as the guild is engulfed by the deadly fire. “WE DON'T NEED NO WATER LET THE MOTHERFUCKER BURN!”

After throwing a couple of cocktails, Cherry put herself a respectable distance from the flames, watching them lick and occasionally explode outward as bottles of alcohol became engulfed in flames. People were running, screaming, but no one had tried to stop them so far. No one cared enough for the 'beloved' guild once it lacked a master that could protect their sorry asses. A giggle erupted from deep in her throat, almost inaudible over the crackling flames.
It wasn't so long ago that she had heard of such a thing happening to a certain cousin of hers that happened to be a guild master around three years ago. Unfortunately she hadn't been around to witness the fall of Griffin Wing, but it seemed like she could play her part in taking Fairy Tail down a peg and the thought brought her endless joy.
"Wow, Zenos, these little fairies are scared of us because of a bit of fire." She laughed, hurtling another forwards, it shattered over the side of the building, sending glass and licking flames in all directions. "Cherry is getting bored, though. They really are a boring guild." She half groaned, half wailed, letting her head tilt back, she stared into the sky a moment, puffing out her cheeks and staring listlessly at a cloud. "Look! The smoke kinda looks like a bunny!" She announced, pointed towards a vaguely rabbit shaped cloud of smoke that was forming in the sky. At the though of this, she waves a hand, forming a human sized rabbit from cotton candy and making it jump about... Before eventually sending it into the burning building to further spread the flames and destruction.
"Mmn, smells like Toasting marshmallows." She murmured, half lidded eyes glinting in the light of the flames.

So much was happening in such a short time. Having had to deal with issues outside of the Fairy Tail building, Kasumi immediately left the meeting when she heard that someone was burning down the bar. She had a sickening feeling that she knew who was attacking, especially considering the time that it had occurred. Taking out her chakrams, Kasumi rushed towards the scene, knowing that she needed to take action.
Seeing the Fairy Tail bar burning down in flames was a gut wrenching sight. Mages from Fairy Tail and other people were running about the area manically, crashing into each other and generally creating chaos before her. Using the crowds to stay hidden, Kasumi stuck by the wall and tried to see any signs of who started it. The sheer mass of people however meant that this was probably more of an exercise in futility than anything else.
Being opposite the guild, Kasumi's first priority was to take out the flames. Backing against the wall so that someone didn't accidentally collide into her, she started to sing. As she started to sing, gusts of wind started to flow from her direction towards the Fairy Tail building. They moved about the bar, swirling about and dissipating the flames that had started to erupt around the buildings.
Some of the crowd stopped running as they realized that the winds were starting to shift while others were still terrified and ran away from the building. Some of the flames had been extinguished by the winds, but some of the flames were still roaring. Kasumi kept her concentration, her song guiding the winds in their mission to salvage the remains of what used to be the Fairy Tail bar.

Luckily for her, it seemed that there were no more attacks on the bar. It seemed that the perpetrators had done what they had came for and left. All Kasumi had to do was guide the winds around and let them finish blowing away all of fire. The people around her had stopped panicking, realizing that Kasumi was using her magic to quell the flames. Some of the mages who had calmed down before began helping Kasumi out as well, using their magic to eventually stop all of the fire.
Once the job was done, Kasumi stopped singing. Looking at the ruined, burnt remains of the Fairy Tail bar, a feeling of hopelessness began to slowly take over. She had only recently became Guildmaster and yet she couldn't act fast enough to stop people from destroying it. Putting away her Chakrams, Kasumi took some time to compose herself before addressing the mages before her. Expectant eyes looked in her direction, some filled with frustration, others filled with grief. Doing her best to keep her face impassive, Kasumi began to speak.
"This is a most unfortunate turn of events. They have come and destroyed one of the places we called home in an attempt to weaken us. However, we will not fall due to this alone. While we may have lost the bar, we have not lost Fairy Tail. It will take time, but we can certainly rebuild the bar to be better than before. Do not lose hope as we have weathered through tougher storms than this before."
Once she had finished speaking, she let out a small sigh to herself before getting to work. It felt like she got out of the frying pan and into the fire. It seemed like her premonition was correct. There was a lot of work that she needed to do.
